This Creamy Radish Soup is one of my favourite soups during spring. It is easy to make and on top of that healthy and ready in no time… Now last but not least, my children love it as much as I do.

Creamy Radish Soup

Now, here is the list of the different Ingredients you will need to make the Creamy Radish Soup that serves 4

  • 1 radish bunch
  • 2 fresh cheese squares or a small Philadelphia cheese package
  • 3 large potatoes
  • 1 cube vegetable broth
  • Freshly ground Pepper and salt

Here are now the few steps you will need to follow to make the Creamy Radish Soup

Start by Washing well in a colander your radishes with tops through running water. then, cut the radish tips and separate them from their tops. Cut half of the radishes in two.

Boil one liter ( 4 cups) water with the cube of vegetable broth. then, peel and cut into large cubes your potatoes. Add them to the vegetable broth with the tops and the cut radishes.

Now, cook everything for about 10 minutes. Slice the remaining radishes with a mandolin and set aside.

At the end, empty the water so that the radishes and potatoes are just covered with. Add the 2 squares of fresh cheese or your Philadelphia cheese, salt, pepper and mix everything in your blender until smooth.

Serve your soup hot, in nice bowls and garnish with thin slices of radish on top.
