Ingredients for 4 people:
- 2 to 3 lamb chops/cutlet per person
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 ml (1 cup) broth
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme
- 3 tbsp orange marmalade
Coat the lamb chops with olive oil and the crushed garlic cloves. Marinate for one hour.
Heat a big frying pan and brown the oiled lamb chops 3 to 4 minutes on each side then remove from pan and reserve in a warm place.
In a small saucepan, heat the broth, add the thyme and bring to a boil. Mix the sauce well and add the orange marmalade. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour your sauce over your pork chops and sprinkle with fresh thyme or serve it on the side with French fries, roasted potatoes or butter beans.
