Ingredients for 2 People:
- 2 well ripe Persimmons
- 2 ripe Kiwis
- 50 ml ( 2oz) cold green tea
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar (optional).
Peel the persimmons and kiwis and cut into pieces. Pour green tea in your blender and add the chopped fruits. Mix everything and serve immediately.
