French Crepe Dough

First, here are the different Ingredients you will need to make the French Crepe Dough that serves 
  • 250 g ( 2 cups) flour, pre-sieved for pastry
  • 3 fresh free range eggs
  • A pinch of salt
  • 20 g ( 2 Tbsp) caster sugar
  • 1/2 liter (4 cups) milk

Now, here are the few steps you will need to follow to make the French Crepe Dough

Mix flour and sugar then add eggs, one at a time, then a pinch of salt and finally the milk. Leave the batter one hour on a side if possible.

Heat a frying pan, once hot, add a little butter to grease the pan. Pour half a ladle of batter into the hot pan and cook 1 to 2 minutes per side.

Your pancake is ready to eat.
