These dense Chocolate Fudges become luxuriously rich with a special fine dark Chocolate. They are best served immediately.

Here is what you will need as Ingredients to make the Chocolate Fudges that serves 6

  • 120 grams ( 4.5 ounces) chocolate, dark
  • 80 g ( 3 ounces) butter
  • 100 g ( 4 ounces) caster sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 40 g ( 1.5 ounces) flour, sifted

Here are now the few steps you will need to follow to bake these Chocolate Fudges

First, preheat your oven to 210°C or 410°F. then, cut the chocolate into small pieces. Melt the butter in the microwave and pour over the chocolate small pieces. You should get a good creamy sauce.

After that, in a bowl, mix sugar and the whole eggs. Beat with an electric mixer or wire whisk for 4 minutes before adding the chocolate sauce. Then, mix and add flour gradually. The batter should be smooth.
Line 6 ramequins with butter and flour and take the excess flour before pouring the batter. Bake for 15 minutes most. Wait a few minutes before turning out.

But be careful, these Chocolate Fudges are quite fragile ! Serve warm. You may serve them as is or with some vanilla custard or ice cream with the flavour you like.
