- 1 small shallot and 1 garlic clove

- 45 g or 2 small oz flour
- 1 to 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- Chopped basil and thyme

Start by preheating the oven to 180 °C or 350°F. Butter the individual molds. Blanch your tomatoes for 30 seconds then peel them. It’s very easy. Cut your tomatoes into pieces.
