Ingredients for 4 People:

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • 1 piece of pumpkin
  • 3 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp Fennel seeds
  • Ground Pepper

Heat 1 liter of water in the lower compartment of the steamer. Peel the sweet potatoes. Remove the skin and seeds of the pumpkin. Wash the vegetables and cut them into chunks.

Put them with the cranberries in the perforated basket, sprinkle with fennel seeds, cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes.

Get out your vegetable from the steamer and have them nicely arranged on a plate. Salt and pepper and serve hot.
