Ingredients for 4 People:
- 1 Lb Sea Scallops
- 1/2 Lb medium size row Shrimps
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 Tps ground ginger
- Salt and pepper.
Stir the shrimps already prepared in a saucepan with some butter then reserve on a warm place.
Do the same thing with the sea scallops and reserve.
Pour the whipping cream in the saucepan with the ginger. At the first bubbles, add salt, pepper, the shrimps and the sea scallops.
Turn slowly with a wooden spoon and serve immediately with some fresh pasta or rice.
