Haddock in Open Raviolis

Here is the list of the different ingredients you will need to make the Haddock in Open Raviolis that serves 4

  • 400 g (14 oz) Haddock fillets, skinned
  • 200 g (7 oz) julienne vegetables (carrots, zucchini, celery cut in thin slices)
  • 2 tablespoons basil
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 sheets of lasagna
  • 1/2 litre (2 cups) milk
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan

Here are now the few steps you will need to follow to make the Haddock in Open Raviolis

Put the lasagna sheets and haddock fillets in a big pan and cover with milk and 2 big cups (1/2 liter) of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 12 minutes. Drain the fish and let the lasagna another 3 to 4 minute, then drain also the lasagna.

Meanwhile, put your plates in a hot place ( like an oven) and cook the julienne vegetables 10 to 12 minutes in plenty of salted water, then drain. Set aside.

Take your plates out of the oven and place on each one two sheets of lasagna crosswise, spread 2/3 of your vegetables, spread out the fish, sprinkle with fresh basil and 1/2 tbsp olive oil and parmesan and serve immediately your Haddock in Open Raviolis.
