Blackberry Gratin

Ingredients for 4 People:

  • 200 g (1 cup) fresh blackberries
  • 60 g (4 Tbsp) sugar
  • 50 g (3 Tbsp) almond powder
  • 2 free range Eggs
  • 10 cl (3 oz) whipping cream
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla sugar

First, pre heat your oven to (180°C) 345°F. Wipe your blackberries delicately and arrange the fruits in a oven proof buttered dish.

In a bowl, Whip together the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar. Than add almond powder and cream. Mix well.

Pour your batter over the fruits and place your préparation in your pre heated oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown. let cool and serve with some vanilla ice cream if you like.
