Ingredients for 6 people:
- 125 g (1/2 cup) walnuts
- 100 g (1/3 cup) whipping cream
- 80g (4 Tbsp) sugar
- 2 eggs
For the dough:
- 300 g (1 ¼ cup) flour
- 200 g (2 stick)Butter
- 80g (4 Tbsp) icing sugar
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (375°F).
For making the dough, put the flour, butter cut into pieces and stored at room temperature, icing sugar in the bowl of a food processor and blend until the mixture is sandy. Add beaten eggs and mix until the dough forms a ball. Refrigerate for about 1 hour .
Meanwhile, beat two eggs with the sugar, add the cream and chopped walnuts.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface and turn it into a buttered pie pan and prick the dough a few time with a fork.
Pour your walnut preparation on top and bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes.
