- 120 g or 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 120 g or 1/2 cup and 1 Tbsp butter, melted
- 50 ml or 3 big Tbsp cold milk
- 150 g or 5 oz flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g or 5 oz sugar
- 40 g or 3 Tbsp ground almonds
Put one hour in your refrigerator and preheat your oven to 240 °C or 475°F.
