Small Foie Gras Rolls

These Small Foie Gras Rolls are there to celebrate the magical time of year with family and friends. To attend a nice and festive holiday program start with these chic appetisers and easy to make.

Here are the ingredients you need to serve 4

  • A few Fillo Pastry sheets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 150 gr (4 oz) foie gras in a jar
  • A few lettuce leaves for decoration

 Here are the different steps you need to follow to succeed to make the small Foie Gras Rolls

Cut the sheets into strips by 5 to 15 cm total having 24 strips and superimpose three by three sheets one upon the other.

Brush with olive oil. Cut the foie gras into strips and place them at the bottom of your fillo pastry strips so you can wrap by folding the edges, like a nem.

Heat the remaining olive oil in a skillet and cook your small rolls, turning several times until they take color, but no more than 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat.

Place on a paper towel. Then, place them in a dish with your prepared salad and serve.
