- 450g or 1 lb Raspberries
- 1 small red pepper
- 1 vanilla pod
- 50 g or 2 oz blond granulated sugar
Now, here are the few steps. Follow them well to make this superb dessert. Easy and light and ready in 15 minutes
First, peel the red pepper using a vegetable peeler. Cut them into very small dices. Bring 100 ml or 3 1/2 oz water to the boil with the sugar and the split and scraped vanilla pod.
Add the diced red pepper cubes and let them cook for about 10 minutes over low heat. Let it cool for about 1 hour in its vanilla syrup.
At the end, in a salad bowl, gently mix gently the raspberries, red pepper and syrup. Refrigerate at least for one hour before serving.
