Here is the list of the different ingredients you will need to prepare the Smoked Mackerel Mousse in Tomatoes that serves 4 and takes 15 minutes to make
- 100 g smoked mackerel fillet
- 100 g fresh cheese type St Moret
- 4 tomatoes or 6 small tomatoes
- 2 c. Capers
- 6 sprigs of parsley
- 6 sprigs of chives
Here are now the few steps to make the Smoked Mackerel Mousse in Tomatoes
Start by washing and wiping the tomatoes. Then, cut out a hat and cut the tomatoes out. Drain them upside down on absorbent paper.
Then crumble the mackerel fillets with care to remove the skin. Add fresh cheese, capers, parsley and chopped chives. Mix well;
Finally, stuff the tomatoes with this cream of mackerel, replace the hats, put a bit of parsley on the top of each hat and taste very fresh.
