The Banana, Tropical fruit and available all year round is also high in energy. Small tiger bananas are milder, therefore, perfect for this light and indulgent recipe of my Banana Mousse.
Ingredients for 4 People:
- 3 small bananas
- Half lemon juice
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 240 ml (1 cup) labne cheese or soft cheese
- 2 egg whites
Mash the bananas and mix them with the lemon juice. Add maple syrup and labne cheese and mix well.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them gently to your preparation. Refrigerate about 1 hour and serve chilled. Enjoy.
