Ingredients for 4 People:
- One 4 square Pork rack
- 4 large apples with thick skin
- 1 small bunch of sage
- 60 g (3 Tbsp) butter
- Freshly ground pepper
Wash and drain the apples. Wash and dry the sage. Place the pork rack on a bed of sage in a baking dish. Put around the cored apples. sink into each apple 2 sage leaves and one nut of butter.
