- 170 g (6 ounces) evaporated milk
- 300 g ( 3/4 pound) red berries, your choice
- 150 g (1/2 pound) Greek yogurt at 0%
- 4 tablespoons icing sugar
Now, here are the few steps you will need to follow to make the Red Berries Ice Cream with a 35 minute preparation time and about 3 hours freezing time
First of all, place the condensed milk in the freezer for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, mix the berries with the greek yogurt. Add evaporated milk and icing sugar and mix again 1 to 2 minutes until mixture your mixture is frothy.
Pour the mixture in a low rectangular plastic container and let freeze for about 4 hours.
