Sour Cream and Salmon Crêpes is the search of the best crêpes. We are always willing to try new recipes. The main objective is to make our lives easier. That is why I am giving you little tricks and tips that will allow you to spend more time at the kitchen table than in front of the stove !
First, here is the list of the different ingredients you will need to prepare the Sour Cream and Salmon Crêpes
For the Batter:
- 1 cup (250 g) flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp (20 g) caster sugar
- 2 cups (1/2 liter) milk
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) double cream or whipping cream
- 4 slices of smoked salmon cut into thin strips
- 1 tbsp chives or dill
- 2 pinches salt and pepper
