During the night, the aromas diffuse into the dough ... therefore, after cooking, leave it to cool, then wrap it in a cling film. Just before serving, take off the film and reheat it in the oven to exalt the flavour !
This is what you need to make the Savoury Cake with Mustard for 6 to 8 people
- 1 1/4 cup (250g) flour
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) dry yeast
- 4 free range eggs
- 1/2 cup (100 ml) olive oil
- 2/3 cup (150 ml) dry white wine
- 5 Tbsp (80 g) mustard
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup (60 g) dried tomatoes
- 2/3 cup (150 g) grated Gruyère cheese
