First here is the list of the different ingredients you will need to prepare this Quetsche Fondant with a preparation of 15 minutes
Let cool. Just before serving, sprinkle with icing sugar. If you like you can accompany your Quetsche Fondant with a spoonful of ice cream.
- 375 ml or 1 2/3 cup of Crème Pâtissière (see Recipe )
- 35 g or 2 big Tbsp flour with incorporated baking powder
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 egg whites
- 800 g or 1 3/4 lb fresh Quetsches, halved
- 2 tsp icing sugar
