Garlic and Fresh Herbs Cheesecake

Now, here are the few steps you will have to follow to make the Garlic and Fresh Herbs Cheesecake with a 15 minute preparation and a 4 hour chilling

Start by mixing "Wasa" crackers with the nuts. Pour into a bowl and add the softened butter. Mix well. Spread in your circles or muffin cups. Tamp with the back of a spoon and set aside in a cool place. Meanwhile, soak the gelatine in a bowl of cold water. Bring the whipping cream and Boursin or Philadelphia cheese to the boil with chopped fresh herbs. Mix well and then pour in the circles. Keep refrigerated for at least 4 hours. When serving, remove the Garlic and Fresh Herbs Cheesecake from the blade with a knife. Decorate if you wish with a walnut and a little chives.
