An excellent smoothie, very simple to prepare and very healthy. It can be prepared as a refreshing drink, or as a dessert. As you prefer your smoothie !
My smoothie recipe serves 4 people, and you need only 10 minutes to prepare it.
- 1 1/2 cup (300 g) blueberries
- 1 small piece of grated fresh ginger (size of a walnut)
- 1 can coconut milk
- 3 to 4 Tbsp (50 g) granulated brown sugar (optional)
To begin, just put in a blender the coconut milk and sugar. Then, add the grated ginger and blueberries and mix everything at maximum power.
Gently pour your mixture into glasses and decorate according to your taste with a little fresh ginger, a few flaked almonds and a mint leaf if you have. And then, just enjoy !
