Cappuccino Pana Cotta

Such an easy way to treat ourselves when starting a nice Week-end with these Cappuccino Pana Cotta. That is why, I will see you soon at Laclassedecuisine.com !

Ingredients for 4 to 6 People:

  • 220 ml (1 cup) whipping cream
  • 200 ml (3/4 cup) milk
  • 60 g (4 Tbsp) granulated sugar
  • 1 small cup of expresso ( coffee)
  • 2 fine leaf Gelatine or 2 Tbsp Agar flakes

Put the gelatine or agar flakes  in a small bowl of water to soften. In a saucepan, pour the milk, cream, sugar and expresso coffee and bring to a boil.

Remove from heat, add the drained gelatine or Agar flakes and whisk to dissolve well. Pour into nice glasses. First let cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

Before serving, you can mount some whipped cream and place it on top of your glasses and finally sprinkle with some cocoa powder.
