Here are the different ingredients you will need to make the Marbled Brownies that serves 6

  • 1 small cup (200 g) chocolate chips
  • 5 Tbsp (80 g) butter plus a little for the dish
  • 4 free range eggs
  • 2/3 cup (140 g) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (70 g) flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp (120 g) Philadelphia cheese

Now, here are the few steps you will need to follow to make the Marbled Brownies

Start by preheating the oven to 350°F (180 °C). Melt the chocolate and butter cut into pieces in a bain marie.

Then, in the bowl of your mixer, whisk 3 eggs with 3/4 of the amount of sugar until the mixture whitens. Add the melted chocolate, mix well and add the flour with the pinch of salt. Mix until a homogeneous paste is obtained and set aside.

In another bowl whisk the Philadelphia, the last egg and the remaining sugar.

Pour the chocolate cream into a rectangular buttered dish and add the mixture to the Philadelphia cheese in small batches then, using the back of a spoon, form scrolls. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes of until cooked but still a little wobbly.
